Welcome to the IM Ad Swaps Forum!

You can post your ad swap requests here to get new partners for mutually beneficial ad swaps.

I'll be adding some general guidlines and rules as soon as I get the time, but it's really just common sense...

Just to give you an idea of what's possible with these simple adswaps, the first one I did, which was the spark that prompted me to create this forum, was with Sean Mize and we both added over 200 new subscribers to our lists in just 2 days, for free...

I've chatted with Sean since and it turns out he's added over 1,800 new subscribers to his list using this simple method in the last month, so what you all waiting for...?

Get posting your offers/requests already!

Sean and I are also going to put together a quick start guide to show you how to find other marketers to do adswaps with outside the forum,
although we hope you'll invite them back to the forum as well, so we can build this in to something real big and we can all benefit...

and we'll be adding a couple of sample emails for you to crib for approaching potential AdSwap partners the right way.

When you make a post please mention the size of your list and whether it's focused on a particular "niche" in IM, e.g adsense, PPC, list building, PLR etc.

I recommend using a free offer for the swaps, but it's totally up to you.

hopefully we can all share our results and feedback and refine the process to be as effective as possible for all of us..

Got a question:

How much do we need on our list to do a swap,
and when you do an ad swap do your lists have
to be exactly the same, or you mail a subset of
your list equivalent to the smaller list owners
list size?

How many subscribers do you have?

Generally, a marketer is willing to swap with someone who has smaller list, as long as it is reasonable to mail some portion of his list.

Don't let the size of your list hold you back; adswap with marketers who have smaller lists, and as your list grows, the sizes of the lists of the marketers who will swap with you will grow.

I have a list of 800(400 IM) but in 6 months they've bought nothing and have signed up for nothing so there would probably be no response from them.

They all came from two joint ventures last October and I've had about one sign-up a month since then.

I've given up on JVs, they only fill your lists with non-buyers and, as there is nowhere else to get sign-ups, I'm willing to try anything.

Don't say I didn't warn you that they are JV sign-ups so they buy and sign-up for nothing.
